Not Pepper is my mother's special tangy and savory chaat masala - the ultimate spice mix to bring a bright & spicy twist to fruit, salads, or lemonades.

The Everyday Blend: Pink salt, red chili powder, coriander seeds, dry chopped onion, granulated garlic, Kashmiri chili, cumin seeds, black peppercorns, citric acid, turmeric powder, fennel seeds, kasuri methi, cinnamon powder, cardamom pods, bay leaves, and cloves.

Nutty Saffron: Sugar, Pistachio powder, Almond powder, fox nuts, Turmeric powder, Cardamom powder, Saffron strands.

Not Pepper: Coriander seeds, cumin seeds, salt, amchur powder, black salt, Kashmiri chili powder, citric acid, red chili powder, Ajwain, black pepper powder.
